Pike County, Pa. (WSYR-TV/WBRE-TV) - A Pennsylvania man who is suspected of killing one State Trooper and seriously injuring another is in custody. Eric Frein was captured alive Thursday night. Frein was captured in an airport hanger at the Pocono Mountain Municipal Airport, a Federal law enforcement source told ABC News, noting that no shots were fired. Police conducted a
